LED bracelet made with recycled t-shirt

This is my first experiment with electronic wearable technology.  I got a really great book called Arduino Wearables by Tony Olsson, and I highly recommend it for other crafters who want to incorporate technology into their projects.  This is a bracelet that I made from a recycled black t-shirt and the e-sewing kit from SparkFun

New Skirts from T-shirts

I made this two skirts from extra large men's t-shirts that I purchased from the Goodwill thrift store.  The shorter one I embellished by using a stencil and an airbrush to make a white flowery pattern.  The other one used several different colored shirts sewn together to make a striped pattern.

This is my first attempt to make a video.  Please forgive the poor quality.  I'm still trying to figure out how to use iMovie!  Liz Blair Liz Blair's Art and Fashion blog

High Fashion Tunic Top from Goodwill T-shirts

I made a high fashion tunic top using 5 black t-shirts that I purchased at our local Goodwill store and a Vogue Pattern by Katherine Tilton.

I think it turned out really well, don't you?
